It appears so... Where convicts lead the good life However, I feel a law change coming on!
-
Plenty of theories out there... Whatever the cause, no doubt we'll see toughened 'security' in Norway now, just as in every other western country! btw, the freemasons are already a threat to society, and have been for years!
-
It seems that not one 'religion' has a monopoly on violence... What are the gun laws in Norway like, DJ?
-
Reports of 80 dead now, and a possible neo-nazi link... Link
-
Something more to this I think, despite the official 'terrorist' line.. Wtf is Obama involved so soon?
-
25 to 30 reported dead at the camp atm apparently... Norway will never be the same as you say...But that's what those who commit these atrocities want. However, this type of carnage is an almost daily event in countries we in the west (including Norway) have invaded, so maybe it's not so unexpected as we would like to think! The really sad thing is that a relatively safe/open country such as Norway will now enact (imo) more draconian laws in the 'war on terror', and the only people to suffer will be Norwegians! Norway was a beacon of hope in the Middle East peace process (until Israel/America vetoed their reasonable solution), so maybe we ought to be looking elsewhere for the perpertrators!

You beat me to that by the click of a button ALL1 !

It was that recent so-called 'non-suspicious' death that reminded me of Daniel Morgan...
-
Lest we forget... A serious addition to this topic, but it's worth knowing that the NOTW/Police/Political corruption issue that we are seeing now is not new! Daniel Morgan...

As with everything, it seems the build quality goes down the newer an item is! But I think a lot of reviews regarding the cooking/taste stems from the fact that the meat WILL taste a bit different - simply because with less fat it's 'drier'!...* From personal experience, bacon doesn't do too well, and sausages only work if they are the better kind - but then if you're looking at healthier eating then you need to get non-supermarket stuff anyway... Beef does very well too, but pork needs marinating beforehand imo.. Another thing that works well (IF you want to get really healthy... ) is thickly sliced veggies such as Squash, Sweet Potatoes, Beetroot, Parsnip etc, as long as they have a small coating of Olive oil.... *Of course if you then smother meat with sauce, it defeats the object - which is why when we get a surplus of onions/tomatoes/carrots/chillies from our plot I make loads of lo-cal belize chillie sauce in varying heat levels!

We bought this one second hand (£12.50 in perfect cond!), and we're impressed with it. Link It's so much better than a conventional grill, as you get virtually no smoke/smell and no flare ups.. It does get rid of a lot of the fat, but when you've used it you'll never want to buy crap supermarket burgers or meat again!...As our local butcher says, " you can't get fat out if you don't put it there in the first place!" And the type of fat from the cheap stuff is so obviously disgusting stuff ! Although that one is obsolete, there are similar models around. I would definately go for one with: Removeable plates - so easy to wash.. Variable temperature - without it, it doesn't double up so very well as a deluxe sandwich toaster.. A timer is really useful, as it works from when the selected temperature is reached.. Don't get one with the bread warmer at the top (as ours has, and one of the reviews says), as it keeps flopping open.. I wouldn't get one any smaller than this (6 portion) if tyou have the room, as they don't cook as much you would think. Obviously that means unless you can find it S/H as we did, it'll be a more expensive model...but the other two people I know who bought cheaper ones have left them collecting dust in the back of the cupboard because of the limitations... I Hope that helps

Cheers everyone... @heavy1 - our honeymoon was spent in a weird b&b in 'whale fjord' so things have moved on a tad. However it's as good as it's ever been - only a bit slower nowadays... @All1 - by being the only person that I listen to when being told to shut up !

And many more to come hopefully..... Yep, me and mrs sparks made it to 21 years penance this weekend! Actually we'd forgotten the exact date, and that is where the outlaws show their worth...lol And this is where the deed was done!

Or stuff you get laughed at for having.... until.... A lightning strike takes out your local substation...and that old generator that hides in the shed and is started up a couple of times a year suddenly becomes valuable! Power is supposed to be off for at least a day (probably 2), but fridge and freezers are happily chugging away and PC's are working fine... The (not so smug now) neighbours have got a lead running into their property, in return for enough beer to cover the 1L per hour running cost so they don't lose all their food! So have you ever found something useful that you thought you'd never use?

The type of crap you can find in a toilet... link At least he told the truth before he was 'flushed' out... But let's just hope he got a taste of the sh*t that he's been peddling for years before he went....
