Just don't call her by another woman's name.

Happy Birthday big guy. Hope you have a great day and many more happy birthdays in your future.

Macs, Congratulations. I am always happy when I hear about someone retiring and being able to start enjoying the rest of their life. I have known so many people who have worked hard all of their life and didn't quite make it to retirement and that is just really sad. Retirement should be the reward for a long life of working. May God bless you with many more happy and healthy years with your loved ones and your friends. Have a great life my friend. heavy1

Welcome Saxon. I can't say that I remember the name, but it seems as though a lot of the older names are coming back again.

They are trying to ram this same kind of crap through on this side of the pond too. So far, we have been able to keep it from coming a reality. I am sure that as the older people, who remember true freedom, die off, the government will get it through. If the younger generations do not fight for their freedoms now, they will be taken away.

Lats, Welcome back. I don't remember your username but that is no big deal. Some things have changed and some things remain the same. Any thing you can add to the forum will be appreciated. heavy1

Welcome back. Where have you been hiding?

Ogre, Three things you can never do and might as well forget trying. Teach your wife to play golf, teach her to drive a stick shift vehicle or buy her a phone. heavy1

Congratulations to you and the mrs.

Dave, Sorry to hear about your router problems. I can't help you there, but just wanted to say that I can understand about the meds. I have problems like that some time. Just take your time and walk away from it for a bit. I am sure that someone will reply that can help you. Networking is definitely not my strong suit. heavy1

I have read through Sparks and Jamers posts and I must say that I think Jamer handled things properly. Sparks commented about being here 12 years and I can say that I have been to Jamers site much longer than that. I don't know just how long, but I have been disabled for 15 years and know that I spent a lot of time on Jamers bulletin board (not sure if that is the proper term) before he set up this forum. I always liked Jamers site and must say that I have to agree that the forum has worn thin at times. I don't personally know Sparks, but it got a little old with him almost always being either negative or argumentative. I will say that at times he had some good points, but overall I feel that some members have left in the past because of him. While I didn't vote to ask him to leave, as I think that people should have the right to post, I just got to the point where I would ignore most of his posts. I have always appreciated the effort Jamer puts into this site and have hoped that it would eventually get back more to it's old form. Jamer, thank you for all you do.

It is nice to see a government trying to put an end to this particular "career".

DJ, I am sorry to hear about her problems and I think it is great that you want to try and make her life as pleasurable as you can. My neice has had Lupus since she was eighteen. It is a bad disease, but she has survived for twenty-seven years and is still doing well. She has had many surgeries. Both shoulders replaced, both hips replaced and recently she had to have her ankles fused. I know she has had more surgeries that I can't remember right now. She has turned her care over to another doctor recently and seems to be doing better. I will try and find out what type of doctor she is going to now, but he has seemed to stablized her disease. I do know that people with Lupus should stay out of the sun, so you might want to get Kirsten to be aware of that. heavy1

It looks like the people that he proclaimed a couple of months ago as "loving him", fell out of love. They showed him the same amount of mercy that he used to show his ememies. Live by the sword and die by the sword, or in this case, a gun.
