djweeble
And I'm not allowed to tell you about it either . . . . Till now :Struggle: Definitely worth a read for anyone, especially those who have "nothing to hide nothing to fear" . . . . and a few good links to click through too with more information :Thumbs_Up1: http://www.annaraccoon.com/politics/hyper-injunctions-the-secret-misery/
sparks
DJ...Did you spot the crucial bit? I think this case was in the Commercial and Admiralty court. The law of the land (common law) is the one supposed to be upheld by parliament, and yet most people are tried under the other one! If you refuse to recognise Commercial and Admiralty juristiction in a magistrates court, there is nothing they can do since a magistrate is sworn to uphold Common Law! Merely 'standing up' means you acquiesce, as is saying 'yes' if plod says 'do you understand' - meaning you 'stand under' the law! It is vital that people realise what is going on, but I fear the true reason for the rise of these 'injunctions' is to try and do the opposite!
