Alloneword Posted November 4, 2011 Share Posted November 4, 2011 I have a can of Isopropyl alcohol that i have had for years (about 10-12) and i need to do some work on something that means i will need to use it, does anyone know if it goes "off" at any stage or will using the old stuff be fine? I have a few 2 litre bottles that I've had for about 6 years, and they are still OK, even though they've been opened, as long as you replace the cap tightly, and keep it in a cool (ish) place out of direct sunlight, it'll still last for years in those.
