sparks
Anyone who cares about their privacy (or what is left of it) should delete all Google/Youtube/Gmail etc accounts before thursday otherwise it will be too late! And also remind people that to access it's search facility (if you must) do it through a proxy!... :Smiler: ps...and any sucker still on facebook should do the same! sparks
Proxify tends not to work very well with google amongst others - good for testing other proxies though! I'm just trying to get gmail blocked from my server completely - by default they are harvesting data on recipients too!
Rother
No such thing as a free lunch eh. If the truth be known, gmail has been doing it for years. I first noticed that when I recieved a 'supposedly' private e mail. The body of the e mail contained a sentence about false teeth On the right hand side were advertisements for --- false teeth. After a few more e mails - there was always an 'ad' for something said in the e mail. I realised there was some kind of auto-reading going on to target ads for me. I send sensitive stuff through a normal e mail account now.
